Housekeeping Guidelines and Instructions

Outdoor Furniture

There are covers on all cushions that are not under roof covering
You will find a large tote with zipper to store covers. Please store in tote so they do not blow away
Please cover chairs and cushions if storms are in forecast
Please cover all outdoor furniture upon departure

Gas Fire Pit

On west side you will find gas knob
Turn gas on
Carefully use match or Barbecue lighter to ignite
To turn off, simply turn gas knob to off position

Holding Tanks

Please note this property has holding tanks, not septic or public sewer connection
These tanks provide ample capacity but please be sure not to waste water
Tanks are pumped every Monday

There are two outdoor propane patio heaters
Turn LP tank on
Turn dial to ignite
Push self ignite button
Adjust with dial

Outdoor Cooking

Gas grill for BBQ
Gas flattop grill
- They are a safe distance from the exterior wall to prevent fire or damage
- They are on pad to prevent grease from staining deck
There are covers for both, please cover both grills upon departure
There are 5 propane tanks, 4 in use and 1 spare
- Please replace what you have used
